Sandnes Garn Ballerina Chunky Mohair

Ballerina Chunky Mohair is a classic combo of mohair and wool, which gives that signature, fluffy, long-haired characteristic of mohair we've come to love. The fatter, chunkier sister of our standard size mohair, like Sandnes Garn Tynn Silk Mohair, Ballerina is a perfect choice as a second strand of yarn to add volume and softness to a fingering or DK weight, but can also be knit solo either as a single thread or multiple strands to create the dreamiest, softest knitted fabric you can imagine.

Recommended needle size: 5-7mm.

177% mohair, 18% wool and 5% polyamide

Use wool detergent, hand wash where possible - not superwash yarn. Avoid wash bags and fabric softener. 

50g ball / ~135m.
