Returns to the No Frills Knitting Online Shop
We accept returns if you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, however it is up to the buyer to cover the cost of the return postage. You must notify us of your intention to return on or before 14 calendar days passing since the date of ordering.

Once the return has been received back at the Real Life Shop, we will weigh the goods to ensure they are at the advertised weight (if necessary for that product) and we can then refund you the full cost of the goods. We are unable to refund the cost of postage out to you.
We are unable to accept returns, or the notification of intention to return, after 14 calendar days have passed since the date of order.
Should an item arrive damaged, you will need to provide us with photographs of the outside of the box and also the damaged contents - on receipt of these images we will then refund your money to you. You must also notify us of your damaged item within 14 calendar days. As an item arrived damaged, we are able to refund the cost of goods and postage as we will be reimbursed by the courier for this.

Returns to the No Frills Knitting Real Life Shop
We are unable to accept returns on items purchased at the the Real Life Shop at 15 Cannon St in Bristol. All items (yarn, needles, patterns and notions inclusive) are non returnable, refundable or exchangeable and are sold as seen unless faulty.
We have had too many abuses of our previous returns policies, resulting in underweight yarn balls or hanks, used needles and photocopied patterns, which leads to us losing money and is unsustainable.
Should you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can happily help troubleshoot or initiate an exchange.
In the eventuality that a refund is offered to you due to you cancelling the order prior to shipping (change of mind etc), you will be charged a small fee to cover the costs of us issuing this refund through our website and /or bank. We will inform you of how much this will be upon contact with No Frills Knitting.
If the order is cancelled by No Frills Knitting due to unforeseen circumstances (such as products out of stock, staff illness etc) you will not be charged this fee.
