We reserve the right to change our delivery services at any time. Any orders placed prior to change will always have their order fulfilled and dispatched as chosen at time of ordering.

Free Collection from Shop

If you're in Bristol and want to collect your order from our Bedminster shop, you're more than welcome! Visit us at:

76 East Street, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 4EY.

Just choose the 'pick up in-store' option at checkout and you'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect. This is usually within 24h.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

We have a flat rate of £3.95 postage on all orders shipped in this way. All orders will be dispatched between 1 and 4 working days of purchase date and Royal Mail aim for delivery 2-3 working days from our posting date..

We have a flat rate of £5.25 postage on all orders shipped in this way. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your purchase date and Royal Mail aim for delivery 1-2 working days from our posting date.

We have Royal Mail collections every day Tuesday-Friday, so orders are often posted the same or next working day, though this is not guaranteed. 

Royal Mail define UK as England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and British Forces Post Offices. Please note that orders outside of the Mainland UK may take longer to arrive. 

All outside UK orders

We are currently unable to ship orders outside of the UK.

Shipping outside the UK is at the discretion of No Frills Knitting.

If you place an order for an address outside of the UK, you will be contacted and refunded, but please note, a small charge may apply to cover fees incurred by international transactions, currency conversions and website/bank fees.

Alternative Services

Arranging your own Courier

We are happy for you to arrange your own courier service to deliver your order if you are not satisfied with Royal Mail or our choice of delivery options.

We can provide you with more information with regards to courier collection from us when contacted using our contact form at the top of the page. We require an email confirming your courier booking and details of the collection prior to handing over an order.

Please contact us prior to checking out as courier collection may not always be possible due to it being an alternative service.

Forwarding services:

We are happy for you to use UK Based forwarding services (where they post on to your country of choice, handling the shipping, tariffs and customs declarations associated with international shipping), and if we know you will be using these services, we are happy to provide the goods' origin information via email to assist with customs at your request.
